   In his blog, “Type A to Z,” Jeff recounted a story he had never told before, and one that says a lot about fatherhood.
   It was the early 1960s, and a young Jeff had been scared out of his wits by a monster movie advertisement. It took an act of reassurance by his Dad to help him get through the night.
